BREATH AT THE NATURE
Out-of-classroom learning environments have been proven to
provide permanent learning for children. Especially what is learned in nature
provides permanent behavior change in effective learning. It has been scientifically
proven that nature has many positive effects on the social, cognitive,
linguistic and spiritual development of children who are intertwined with
nature, who play and learn. In this context, we will guide the raising of
individuals who are sensitive to healthy and happy nature with our activities
in nature.
TARGETS
To teach preschool and primary school students
the love and sensitivity of nature.
To teach preschool and primary school students
the skills of doing research, experimenting and problem solving.
To ensure that students learn by doing and
living.
To make students aware of the living creatures
in nature.
To raise awareness by doing nature activities
with families
WORKING PROCESS
Nature study trips will be made.
Materials found in nature (stones, leaves,
branches, cones, etc.) will be collected.
Art events will be made from natural
materials.
Every day there will be activities outside of
the classroom (the garden of the school).
Drama work will be done in nature.
Mathematics studies will be done with natural
materials.
Music studies will be done with natural
materials.
EXPECTED RESULTS
To gain the love and sensitivity of nature.
To raise individuals who research, question
and experiment. To be able to offer solutions to the problem.
To be able to respect the creatures living in
nature.
Families spend quality time with their
children.
